Construction sites procedure
City Contractor’s constructions sites always run at a fast paced and are intensive. To execute the safety policy of our organisation, the following documentation checklist has been prepared for the subcontractors upon arrival of workers at each construction site.
Required documents before commencing any work at site:
- WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Limited Liability Insurance min. $2m
- Health & Safety Policy (signed and dated current to within 1 year)
- Violence & Harassment Policy (signed and dated current to within 1 year)
- SDS (Safety Data Sheet) submitted 24 hours prior to product delivery to site.
- Certificate of Qualifications/Licence/Proof of Training (to be carried on person at all times)
- Working at Heights ticket
- Site orientation is required prior to commencing work on site. The orientation will be performed by appointment only
Site Documentation
- PPE assessment form must be submitted daily within 1 hour of crew arrival
- Equipment inspections Report
- WeeklyJob Site Report
- MOL reports (to be submitted on the day of issue)
- First Aid Report
- Building Permit
- Any Government issued notices
