These terms cover your use of citycontractors.ca. By using the site you accept them.
They are not your construction contract. If we build for you, the agreement that governs that work is the signed contract between us, and nothing on this website changes it.
Information on this site
We keep this site accurate, but construction is specific. Project durations, scopes and capabilities described here are typical examples, not commitments.
Nothing on this site is a quote. A price from us is a written document with its assumptions listed, issued after we have seen your space. Timelines mentioned here are indicative ranges from past work, not a promise about yours.
Content and ownership
The text, layout, design and photography on this site belong to R&S City Contracting Inc. or are used with permission.
You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish our content as your own or use it commercially without asking us first.
Project photography may show work built for clients who have their own brand rights. Do not reuse those images.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for what is on it or how it handles your information. Their terms apply once you leave ours.
Using our forms
Send us accurate information, and only your own. Do not use our forms to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content or anything unlawful.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige us to take the work. We may decline any enquiry.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes fall to the courts of Ontario.
